Lincoln Landscaping’s 1^st “organic school” and with no irrigation system to boot. Jeez, talk about making it tuff? That’s Ok, we love challenges….

The director has been amazed so far with the lush green color of the grass carpeting his playing and athletic fields. We are really hyped up and excited because we are trying something new.

HALO – a new organic weed killer. The active ingredient is from condensed corn, a new technology in organics. With wilt within 12 hours and completely weed free in days, this is a tool that we have never had before in organic land care.

HALO is a post emergent herbicide that can be used on the following weeds: Dandelion, Plantain, Clover, Foxtail, Quack Grass, Barnyard Grass, Curly Dock, Annual Bluegrass, Foxtail, Orchard Grass, Catch Weed and more.

Being completely “organic” no postings or notifications are required during use.

The images below show these athletic fields this year so far and are the Varsity Baseball and Varsity Softball Fields as well as the Soccer Fields.  These fields are maintained with a 100% organic lawn maintenance program conceived and initiated by Michael Kolenut;  in conjunction with the School District.
